My approach:
Find your pain and learn to heal from it
Depression is pain and an unresolved grief. Our brain tells us not to focus on the pain and to run away from it. When it can't be run away from, then we go numb to it. It's easier to resign ourself to these feelings than to risk being disappointed or opening up to more pain. In order to get past these feelings we need to go through them. We need to allow ourself to be sad, mad, tired, and disappointed.
I focus on giving you the support you need so you don't need to face these feelings alone.
