Healing from our wounds and going into our body requires sufficient feelings of safety. Together, we'll take the time and space to foster safety in the relationship between brain and body along with our therapeutic relationship.
Through attunement and techniques utilized for grounding you'll start to connect to your internal resources and have an increased ability to turn towards those feelings that are uncomfortable or hurt.

With compassion and curiosity we'll start to dive into your inner world and uncover the root of what has been keeping you stuck- what has been hidden, suppressed, and buried. I will support you in orienting towards, Re-membering and releasing traumatic and painful material from your system. Through this you will be able to heal from your past, resolve your symptoms, and step into knowing yourself.

I believe that not only do we want to heal from our wound but also to learn to move forward and live life feeling as in tune with ourselves as possible. I'll guide you to connect with your Self and live in way that feels embodied and true to who you are.
